About Shep

I am Shep Moyle—an experienced entrepreneur, CEO, chairman, family business owner, and community leader with over 30 years of leadership in the digital retail and e-commerce industry.

After leading a scaling global company, serving as a faculty member at a top ten university, and teaching entrepreneurship and strategy, I bring a wealth of experience to unique business and leadership challenges.

I’ve worked with companies from $10 million to over a billion in revenue in the U.S., Asia and Europe, and I have the breadth of experience to help others reach their potential personally and professionally. My services include coaching, strategy, and M&A advisory, to help clients navigate the challenges and opportunities of the digital economy.

My commitment to leadership extends to my active membership in the Young President’s Organization (YPO) since the age of 28. I proudly served as the International Chairman of the YPO Board from 2005 to 2006, contributing a decade of service on the International Board. I chaired committees, including Finance, Audit, and Regional Chairs, as well as the Global Leadership Conference. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in YPO education training and created the award-winning Raising Responsible Children seminar.

Additionally, I teach courses in business and entrepreneurship at Duke University, where I share my insights and best practices with the next generation of innovators and problem solvers.

In 2017, I embarked on a year-long fellowship through Harvard University’s Advanced Leadership Initiative, culminating in the establishment of the “Chasing the Cure” Foundation. A 1984 graduate of Duke University, I furthered my education with an MBA with honors from the Harvard Business School in 1986.

Beyond my professional accomplishments, I am the proud father of three grown children. My zest for life takes me to more than 100 countries, where I actively participate as a triathlete. You’ll also find me on the sidelines rooting for Duke basketball.
